How To Avoid Breakdown

  • Always keep your car in good working order.
  • Don’t let your fuel tank run close to empty.
  • Consider an automatic latex puncture aerosol to get you to the nearest vulcanizing shop.
  • Carry a set of series cables, some basic tools and flash light and know how to use them
  • If you don’t have a mobile phone, carry a phone card or change for public phone.

 

Safety Tips When Parking In Case of Breakdown

  • If possible , put your car on the shoulder or a secondary road
  • Choose a well lighted spot
  • Engage handbrake and turn on the hazard light
  • Put the Early Warning Device (EWD) about 50 meters behind the car on regular roads and about 150 meters on highways
